3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated as a flat rate and include professional packaging and tracking number.

  • Estimated processing time: 3-5 business days.

  • Estimated delivery times: 5–10 business days within Spain, 15–20 internationally.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Window: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping, including insurance, is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure the artwork is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

  • Condition of the Artwork: The artwork must be returned in its original condition. Refunds will not be issued for pieces that are damaged due to improper packaging or handling during the return process.
